TIMES ARE CHANGING – BE OPEN FOR INNOVATION AND COLLABORATION
Leading figures in the airfreight industry, prestigious representatives from transport logistics and innovative start-ups: International pioneers, industry experts and visionaries active in the airfreight industry will gather in one place to discuss the latest industry trends – at the third edition of the Frankfurt Air Cargo Innovation Lab on November 8th, 2018.
“What comes next?”: That’s a question we will delve into alongside the winners of this year’s German Aviation Innovation Award (IDL) while also providing insights into their pioneering inventions. We cordially invite you to join the interactive discussion and choose who you think is the shooting star.
Hosted by airport operator Fraport and its collaboration partners DVZ and Air Cargo News, the event will be presented by the managing director of Air Cargo News, Andy Salter, and the editor-in-chief of the DVV Media Group, Tim-Oliver Frische. The conference will be conducted in English.

*The German Aviation Innovation Award (IDL) was awarded for the first time in 2016. It brings together the innovative power of companies and start-ups in the worlds of aviation, Industry 4.0 and the digital economy – with the goal of developing and promoting a new common understanding of where and how innovations in aviation will arise in the future. The prize is awarded by Germany’s most important representatives of aviation: the German Aerospace Industries Association (BDLI), the German Aviation Association (BDL), the digital association Bitkom, the German Aerospace Center (DLR) as well as the P3 Group, a leading management consultant and engineering firm.
